Unrestricted Funds: ​

Unrestricted gifts to the Foundation can be put to work immediately and used for scholarships, classroom enrichment grants and Foundation operations.

Donor-Created Funds:

The Foundation manages numerous restricted endowment funds for donors. Income from these funds supports enrichment grants for teachers, special projects, student awards and scholarships. If you wish to create a fund in honor or memory of a loved one, please contact us at info@bbhsf.org or 440-740-4785.

Other Giving Options:​

Gifts in any amount are welcomed. Ways to give include direct gifts, planned gifts, living endowments, memorials and gifts of recognition, as well as donations from alumni who wish to acknowledge the educational opportunities afforded them by the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City Schools.

The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools Foundation (BBHSF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and gratefully accepts contributions as identified below. All gifts are tax-deductible. Please contact info@bbhsf.org with questions.

How To Donate:

Credit Card: Make a secure online payment. Simply click the donate button.

Check: Mail your check, made payable to BBHSF, to BBH Schools Foundation, 6638 Mill Road, Brecksville, OH 44141.

Bequests: Friends of BBH City Schools can make provisions in their wills to the BBH Schools Foundation. These gifts can be associated to the donor’s name in perpetuity. Please consult a financial advisor/attorney when planning a bequest. Suggested language: “I give, devise and bequeath to the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools Foundation, with offices located at 6638 Mill Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141, the sum of (state amount) to be used for general endowment purposes.”

Employer Matching Gift: Many employers match charitable gifts made by employees.  If your employer participates in a matching gift program, please include the appropriate form with your gift.

IRA Charitable Rollover: The Tax Relief law has made permanent the Qualified Charitable Distribution election. The law allows individuals age 70½ and older to make certain tax free distributions from their IRAs directly to charities such as Brecksville-Brecksville Heights Schools Foundation in lieu of Required Minimum Distributions.  Those who qualify and wish to make a gift to the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Schools Foundation can contact Trustee Brian Banjac (Brian.Banjac@gmail.com) for help on this process.
